In this immersive hackathon, you’ll design and pre-visualize digital brand activations for a scanned physical location in Vancouver. Working in teams, participants will use tools like Figma, Blender, and Unity 3D to conceptualize and visualize interactive experiences that engage audiences and elevate brand presence. With pre-scanned architectural spaces and prefabricated assets provided, students will focus on creativity, storytelling, and design innovation, crafting activations for industries like mass transit, clothing, recreation, hospitality, and cosmetics.
You will work alongside peers, develop essential skills, and receive guidance from industry leaders from Vancouver’s top gaming and interactive studios alongside mentor, Edward Madojemu (BMA 2021). Experts from YumeBau and Blackbird Interactive (BBI) will judge projects and award prizes during the evening showcase. This is a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders, gain hands-on experience, and build essential skills for your future in the creative tech industry.
