Alex is a UX designer and a Master of Interaction Design candidate at Emily Carr. He loves simple and efficient designs, taking inspiration from japandi design + hygge philosophy and applying it to a digital medium. His background in Cognitive Systems from UBC provides him a great and deep understand of human behaviour with a sprinkle of artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction, while also possessing a professional background in sales and marketing. Exploring digital data privacy in a constantly evolving industry, Alex is aiming to increase the knowledge around data ownership and online privacy protections.
