Chiwu is a product designer with 4 years of field experience, driven by a passion for integrating technology and the humanities. Previously worked at fitness tech startup, Decathlon, and Uber. He recognizes that both design and development share a common goal: solving problems + collaboration. With his practical background, Chiwu effectively bridges these disciplines, streamlining the process and saving valuable time for designers and developers.

During his time at work, he has helped Decathlon Taiwan revamp their e-commerce interface and structure, optimized SEO through strategic design improvements with design system, enhanced internal B2B product, and hosted 10+ UX workshops for the digital and other teams.

His goal is to help companies save time by streamlining the design-to-development process, while creating aesthetically pleasing solutions for users. Also strive to foster a collaborative environment where team can contribute, connect, and grow together.

He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Interaction Design at Emily Carr University, where his research focuses on interfaces in the AI era, including adaptive and generative technologies in interface and to develop future-focused solutions for education, sustainability, and user experience.
