David Aquino is a photographer born, raised, and based on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Coast Salish peoples, otherwise known as Vancouver, BC. Currently a third-year student at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, David works primarily through digital and analog practices. He’s interested in photographing personal, authentic moments that satisfy and fulfill. In other words, his work echoes the importance of discovering oneself, community, and the importance of life.
