Jennifer Martin (she/her) is an artist, designer and a dedicated administrative arts professional with a rich background in project management, operations, and communications within Canada’s arts and post-secondary institutions. With a strong passion for leadership and inclusion, Jennifer has made significant contributions to prominent arts institutions such as the OCAD University, the School of Photographic Arts: Ottawa, and most recently in Visual Arts at Western University. Known for her creativity, clear communication skills, and effective leadership, Jennifer excels in strategic planning and is adept at coordinating complex projects across academic and public sectors, engaging diverse stakeholders with empathy and expertise.

Jennifer holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Western University (2014) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Emily Carr University of Art + Design (2010). As a lens-based artist, she has exhibited her work nationally and internationally, and has taught advanced courses in photography and filmmaking at Western University.
