Jordan Robertson is a Photographer from Langley, B.C. He attended Langley Fine Arts School from grade one to twelve and it was in grade nine when he started to take an interest in photography. Jordan’s earliest work was created in the darkroom using primarily black and white film and he continued to grow his interest for the art until graduating in 2018. Before attending university he took a gap year to take the time to explore the different paths of photography and build his portfolio. Currently Jordan is in his third year at Emily Carr University with a major in photography. Jordans practice mostly consists of portraiture although he does photography many other subjects such as landscape and wildlife. The subject that Jordan is currently most interested in is intimacy and how it can be shown through a photograph. He plans to continue his exploration in the medium for the years to come.
