Thu Le is a Vietnamese writer and curator living and working on the unceded Coast Salish territories of xʷməθkʷəy̓ əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səl ̓ ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-waututh) Nations. She is currently finishing her bachelor degree in Critical and Cultural Practices, with a focus on Curatorial Studies at Emily Carr University of Art + Design where she works as a writing tutor. Her practice is framed by her migration from a socialist-communist country to a capitalist regime. Using art and writing, she addresses issues surrounding cultural and socio-political identities through a critical analysis of the English language.
