Designer, Design for Startups, 2022

Priyanka (she/her/hers) is an architect and graphic designer from Mumbai, India. She specializes in branding, packaging, and space design and has 6+ years of industry experience building visual identities and spatial experiences. Having completed her Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) at the KRVIA in Mumbai, Priyanka is currently a graduate student in the MDes Interdisciplinary program at Emily Carr University. Prior to moving to Vancouver, she was a Sr.Graphic Designer at Opposite LLP, a leading design studio where she led the design and development of over 25 branding, packaging, and publication design projects across multiple industries.

Design has always been the primary lens through which she has viewed the world. For her, good design is innovative and functional while being socially and emotionally resonant, a belief she strives to embody in every project. Having worked primarily with private sector companies, she now wishes to steer her design practice in the field of social design.
