Designer, Design for Startups, 2022

Shriya Maru (she/her) is an interaction design student at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. She has a keen interest in designing meaningful, human-centric experiences through thorough user research and testing. Shriya designs for the user with the user. Having designed for both low and high-tech contexts, she is adept at integrating different degrees of technology into her products/experiences balancing both functionality and aesthetics. She is a crafter at heart and finds joy in working with a range of materials.
